Learning Management System

Note: This project was developed under a non-disclosure agreement for an e-learning company in Colorado. I'm able to discuss the project but unable to share screenshots or the application's code. Sorry!

The application allows companies to (a) track employee progress toward courses, exams, certifications, and degrees (e.g. Cisco Certified Architect, AWS Solutions Architect Professional) to maintain internal and external compliance standards and (b) view interactive gap analysis reports to measure progress and develop appropriate strategies.

Interactive gap analysis reports are available on an individual, department, and company-wide basis, depending upon the user's permissions. All users are able to maintain their personal profile, grant others access to their information, manage and update their learning plans, upload certificates of completion, earn badges, and so on. Administrators are also able to create user accounts, assign job roles, issue learning content requirements, set due dates, and validate content completion.

Deployment was done with several AWS offerings, including Amazon S3, CloudFront, and Elastic Beanstalk. Amazon's RDS was used to create a PostgreSQL database for the project and Amazon SES was used as Nodemailer's transport service.
